Alloy Sheets and Plates are composed of approximately 58-62% Nickel, 18-22% Chromium, 3.5-5% Cobalt, 1.2-2% Molybdenum, 2-3% Titanium, 1.2-2% Aluminum, and trace amounts of Boron, Carbon, and Zirconium. They exhibit outstanding mechanical properties, including a tensile strength of 965-1240 MPa and a yield strength of 725-1035 MPa. The elongation rate is around 10-20%, with excellent creep and fatigue resistance at high temperatures up to 980°C. These properties make Waspalloy ideal for high-stress applications in aerospace, power generation, and chemical processing industries, ensuring reliability and durability in extreme environments.
