This alloy is known for its excellent formability, low density, and superior resistance to corrosion, particularly in acidic environments. The mechanical properties of Titanium Grade 1 include a tensile strength of approximately 240 MPa, yield strength of 170 MPa, and elongation of 24%, making it highly suitable for applications requiring both strength and lightweight characteristics. Its low modulus of elasticity (approximately 105 GPa) contributes to its high flexibility and durability.
